We had a problem with the sunroof on our Eos. It took a very long time with many complications to complete. This could have left us with a very sour taste. However Raphael worked hard to pull everything together to make us all happy. Nice work!

New car courtesy inspection for my 2017 GLI. You were quick and the staff was helpful. Comfortable waiting areas and refeshments.

The service has been performed as described (or at least I have no reason to think otherwise) and the promised 10% discount for wearing the t-shirt I got for test driving the Atlas applied correctly. The shuttle was ready and Rafael was very kind and professional. But I had also a free car wash for my test drive of the new Atlas, and I have to say that if you offer something for free, the quality must remain the same of the paid ones. The car was poorly washed...if washed at all. Honestly, if this is the car wash I will have to pay for at my next service, I'll give my business to some better provider.

Raphael is the best service technician I've ever had at Jim Ellie or any Volkswagen dealership. I did ask him to check my cigarette lighter because it wasn't charging my phone. He kept asking me about the phone, the chords, etc and said most of the time it was the chord. I told him I can plug the same piece and cord in the back at the outlet and it charges. He said he would have them look at it, but they never did. I was going on a long trip and had to use the back outlet which made it difficult. I went to my friend's house and it was the fuse. We changed it and the cigarette lighter works now. Other than that, everything was fine. They put a car in front of mine and Raphael told me about it and took care of me. He is still the best service technician I've ever had. Keep it up!!!!!!

Everyone was great. I really enjoyed the whole experience there.

I am happy but you dont have a parts for my car.i need fog lights first person on desk told me let me check in the system then he call some body they told me fog light parts not come with that car then he told me would you plz wait in waiting area i am going to check in parts dept he did came back.then my car inspection is done then i told second person he i dont know but i am going to call you before going home but no call. Thats not best way to deal with the customers. You working in that area and you dont know about any thing thats not good.

Had to verify actual mileage and get overall inspection on a beetle we just purchased for our daughter. Staff was fantastic and friendly. Very helpful to get things that we needed address.
