Tate was very helpful and kept me informed of the progress of my car even though it was a crazy busy holiday weekend. He did all the contacting with my warranty company which I appreciated a lot. I'm just sorry I missed him when I went to pick up my vehicle; I never got a chance to thank him.

I went in for a oil change and informed Volkswagen that I was having an issue with my 2015 jetta where the tire pressure light did not come on when I had a flat tire or low pressure. This has happened more then once. I brought this to the attention of the rep and they ensured me they would check it out. Upon leaving they informed me that everything was working fine except for the ventilation needed some cleaning. I recently went out of town and noticed that while I was driving, my tires felt uneven. I had my father check the pressure and he said that it was filled passed the recommended pressure. I have not had my car serviced with anyone but Volkswagen. I wanted to address this issue and contact Volkswagen at Kennesaw where I left a message and no one has returned my call. Because I addressed the issue with my tires I felt that Volkswagen would take special care of this problem I pointed out. To find out that my tire were over capacity that had an effect on my driving concerns me. My trust in bringing my car back to the Kennesaw location is now very doubtful. It has been about a week since I contacted VofK. So I will take my business elsewhere.
