My appointment was for some pedal extensions to be put on my pedals. Was told it should take about an hour or so and they would call when finished. I went to eat breakfast nearby while I thought it was being done. I returned an hour and minutes later and waited in the parking lot to be called, while I was waiting they pull my car out from being washed and park it. Another minutes goes by while still waiting to be called. I go in thinking it's ready and the tech says he has been trying to call me but as been so busy. Come to find out they weren't able to do the labor at all due to some drilling and them not feeling comfortable doing it which is fine because my car is a lease and it would NOT have been good if they drilled into the pedals. Which come to find out they didn't need to, had they taken the blocks off that I duct taped on there already, they would have realized they didn't have to do the drilling and the extensions would have clamped on and then they screwed on with nuts and bolts. I appreciate the free car wash but I should have been called and told they couldn't do the labor and I could have saved two hours.

I purchased a 2017 Golf to replace my Jetta TDI. Larry was very knowledgable and helpful in finding the vehicle that I wanted. He explained the car features during the test drive. He also explained how the buy back program works and that Jim Ellis would hold my old vehicle until the official buyback takes place. My only complaint is why does it take so long to close the deal? On a Monday afternoon I thought it would be zip, zip and I would out of there.

A very pleasant sales process. The sales consultant, Juan Garcia was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. The manager was also very helpful and pleasant. A good vehicle, at a good price, and a comfortable sales process.

Couldn't be better! Another dealer was ready to charge me $3000 to repair my 2008 EOS. Jim Ellis mechanic, taking issues a step at a time, resolved my issues for $180!!!!! Told me I didn't need all the stuff the other dealer said I needed - very trustworthy!!!
