Willie was the most helpful person ever. We drove in from a few states over and he checked in with us every hour on the hour to make sure we ere safe. I had an appointment. Was slow, took hours. Didn't fix the blind spot monitor in my mirror. I've had a slow leak in a tire since I bought the car.. didn't fix it. Wash wasn't very good either. Had to touch it up when I got home, love the car though! 2017 GTi Autobahn

This experience was truly awesome! The staff was very friendly and understandable. They were able to work with us to allow me to get the car i've always wanted! Being that I am 20 years old and i was able to get the car all in my name with no down payment is a blessing! I'm so happy i chose Volkswagen!!

First I made an appointment for 10:00 AM but when the car wouldn't start, I call road side assistance and called in to change the appointment time to 1:00 PM. When the car arrived at the dealership it wasn't expected and I got an email later asking why I missed my appointment??? The service was done promptly but they wanted to do the airbag recall and that took 2 days. I assume the work is done but I have parts rattling in the steering wheel/column and/or the dash, which is very annoying.

Over all our experience with Jim Ellis is very positive in the purchase of new Passat SEL Premium. Quote on the vehicle was very competitive and Staff were very honest. I have contacted few dealers near to me as well, but when talking with Jim Eliis sales team ,I felt Jim Eliis staff were very honesty and friendly. Honesty drove me to the dealership. I was very impressed by the service provided by Frank Dickenson and Willie Olliff .Definitely I will recommend to my friends and family for their next car purchase.

Waa frustrated bc dropped car for service but they didn't find my key in drop box so inservice that day but they made up for it and went to bat for me on a major repair to get warranty coverage. Always nice and professional even if there is a problem. Thanks Rafael.
