Attempted to make appointment on internet for our Passat . . . could not do it !!! When told upon arrival that I desired to take advantage of a coupon on the internet for 69.95 oil change I was given the bill for regular price. They changed it however it was then 74.60 without explanation. Appreciated the car wash but the vacuuming was not complete.
