I really enjoyed my experience with Jim Ellis. Keenan and the gentleman who helped with financing were beyond patient and accommodating. The facility is guitar nice as well.

I came in for a service appointment. As I stood at the desk waiting to speak with someone, five people walked around me and made eye contact without acknowledging me. I had to find a person to help instead of them finding me. After 90 minutes in the waiting room I went back to the desk to see if my service was done, and they said it had been finished. So why wasn't I notified, I wasted time sitting there. When I got in the vehicle, my change oil light was still blinking and I had to ask to get it reset.
