Facility is very nice, people are very friendly --- the drive for me is entirely longer than I prefer. Having recall issues is aggravating, and the fact that they didn't even have a real fix yet -- so I have to come back AGAIN its just frustrating! Overall the people were great though!

Went to buy a 2017 GTI Sport, was greeted immediately by Jose Vazquez who was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the car. Ended up buying the car and love it! Also ended up trading in my older GTI for a fair price.

Service tech kept us informed, sales staff kept us entertained while we waited for our Atlas to be completed. Finally a nice shiny newish atlas was delivered on time and we were on our way.

Usually my experience is overwhelmingly positive, but this time I was a bit disappointed. When I made an appointment for a detail, I was told the service would take 3-4 hours and scheduled an early afternoon appointment because I needed my car later that day. My car was not ready until after 7pm, when the service center was closed. I had to call a few times to ask the status (knowing the service center was now closed) and who would have my keys. It was frustrating. I would have appreciated a call closer the 4, notifying me that they're running behind and my car is still a few hours out. I would have understood - satisfaction is a function of expectation. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the detail. Disappointed to see that some things were overlooked (speedometer cluster wasn't cleaned, white sunscreen handprint was still on the passenger side door) but maybe they were behind and in a rush. I will return for another detail in the future and any service my car needs. Just wanted someone to know that the typical incredible service fell just a hair short. It happens. Also - not sure what is going on with your phones, but the service is awful when trying to talk to folks outside the service department. There's a delay and it's very muffled, which is new. Anyway, thank you!!
