Gen was very tentative to the needs and the way I would like to be treated. He is easy to talk to without the sense of just being a number. Honestly he was the reason we came back. Gen understands that being yourself and making people feel like home is the way to do business and listening to the customer and what their needs are is key. People forget that now a days with greed leading the forefront Gem was breath of fresh air. Came in on his day off to complete the sell. Amazing
