2017 Jetta SE was taken in for service. At first the problem was not resolved, but the dealership did make everything right in the end. Very pleased with the service.

No loaner car available during time it took for repairs due to recall for product defect . Thankful repairs only 1.5 hrs. Seems as if Customers time not a priority at VW .

I will hire the team of Ze, Nichole & Matt in a heartbeat. I made my new car purchasing experience exceptional! Entire service department with an issue afterwards as well!

Nicole King was very easy to talk to, answered questions, and listened to my desires. She went to bat for me. Im thrilled with my VW Golf.

I went in last Monday to get my airbag and handle replaced. I specifially asked twice before Monday about having the parts ready so I won't have to make a separate visit to the service center. And as I had worried, they didn't have the handle part ready. I was told that the handle was ordered and would come in on Thursday and that I would get a call. Still no call and it's almost a week after.
