The staff are pretty friendly and helpful. They do a good job on repairs and maintenance but aren't the most thorough when it comes to cleaning.

I have had to spend my fair share of time in waiting rooms for auto maintenance over the years, and I have had good and not so good experiences with VW shops, but I enjoy my time at your dealership more than any other mexhanic waiting room I've ever been to. I am comfortable there, the staff is friendly and professional and I feel like I am more productive with my time there as far as answering emails and returning phone calls.

It appears that they choose to just mark all items on checklist as "meets standards" and then leave it up to the customer to find problem after the fact. If customer doesnt mention problem before signing report then tuff luck. We should all know that you need to drive the car little to notice whats wrong. Then if you do notice problem dont tell your salesman about it because he will get in trouble with service. Plus, a total disconnect between sales and service. I would say shady business practices going on with everyone passing the buck even VW company. I think there needs to be an entire cultural review of the whole org. up and downstream.

Traveling from Florida to Kansas and hit something in the road. Came to the Service Center the following morning to ask if you could inspect the car for damage and make any necessary repairs. Service technicians inspected the car while we waited and advised the damage was cosmetic and the car was road worthy. Very pleased with the reception we got coming in without an appointment. All staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!

It took four trips over the course of a month to fix the navigation in my 2017 GTI, but I am happy it is fixed permanently. I hope the software issue is now documented and no one else requires four trips. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The facility is great. I'm just disappointed in it requiring multiple trips.
