I had an amazing experience with the car service center at Jim Ellis Volkswagen. They were kind and honest about everything dealing with my vehicle. They gave me a ride to work and picked me up when I was ready to pick up my car and they even washed it for free!! They had my 2015 Volkswagen Beetle Coupe looking brand new when they were finished with it and I greatly appreciate it!

I was there a long time but it was fine because the waiting room is so hospitable-- there are drinks, snacks, TV and magazines.

I'm not sure where I fall in the expectations category. I checked in my car at 7:45 and was cashed out at 9am. 1 hour and 15 minutes to have one tire mounted/balanced and put on the car. Now in full transparency I'm the same person who complained not long ago that it took 2+ hours to have 2 tires installed. So perhaps my expectations of length of time to have tires mounted and balanced could be way off. After all I work in finance and not automotive repair. I will leave you with the decision if it was sufficient time or not. If it's about average for that type of work then I say bravo. Friendly folks, clean facilities, easy to work while there etc.

This was my second car from Jim Ellis Volkswagen. I am very happy to report that this second time exceeded my expectations. My salesperson Shannon was outstanding and handled every detail from the moment we walked in until I left with my new Vehicle. She was well prepared and very professional. Additionally she was very attentive to our needs and extremely courteous at all times. Additionally Frank in management was available at all times to answer any additional questions and concerns that I had. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the deal I was receiving. His level of honesty and integrity was outstanding.

Excellent customer service at check-in. Service rep kept me informed throughout, explained the maintenance done on the car, and informed me of my next recommended service. Very pleased with the process.

Staff was very helpful and even washed and vacuumed car after service.
