I initiated my search for a new car online with TrueCar and communicated via email with a member of your team. We scheduled an appointment for me to come test drive two different VW GTIs (manual vs. automatic) and when I had to move the appointment by a day, that was simple and guilt-free. When I arrived for my test drive a sales person met me outside and made the whole process simple and easy.
