I took my EOS in for a noise that would become worse as you accelerated and or put a load on the car, such as going up a hill; however, during this visit we were also able to get the air bag recall complete, which was great. I also wanted them to check the lights. When I went to pick up my vehicle my advisor was not around some one else got me my keys and gave me the paperwork. I found it strange that no one ever heard the noise or questioned it when they were driving it around at the dealership. Since it was all warranty work, there was nothing that needed to be paid. As I drove away, I notice the same noise, but since my advisor was not around and I needed my car I drove off, thinking it must not be that bad or not an issue. Not realizing until I got home and really looked at the paperwork that it was not even addressed. Approximately, a week or two later, I scheduled my EOS to go back in the shop for the same noise, since it was getting worse, I also did the 50,000 service. It was a tension issue and they had to order a part, so about 3 or 4 days later I called to see if the part had come in and scheduled for my vehicle to go back to be fixed. In between all of this we purchased a VW from Jim Ellis. My car went back into the shop, I picked it up on April 22 and yesterday morning heard the noise again when I had the windows down and radio off. I was heading to Jim Ellis after work yesterday afternoon and the check engine light came on. then when I pushed on the gas it jumps, and does not accelerate. Thank goodness I had not gotten on the 75 and was still on the north loop, so I pulled over, called the tow truck $85.00 and ended up back at Jim Ellis 2 hours later. So, needless to say I am a little frustrated at this time. Everyone is always nice at the dealership, but when you have these issues it gets very frustrating. It is great when they say we will take care of it, but that has to be followed through on. As a retired Marine, I know that actions speak louder than words, and in the end if you do what you say, you will have a satisfied customer. I just am not feeling satisfied right now.

Tania Santos was an excellent service provider. She was polite and professional. I must say it was an enjoyable experience. I needed new tires for a VW EOS 2.0 Turbo (2008). The tires I had were no longer available. Tania called me and explained the change required. The dealership is clean and Wifi was acceptable.

Gem was awesome! Not pushy just well informed and polite. I actually got the same vehicle 1000.00 dollars cheaper at Nalley, however I preferred working with Gem. Great job Gem!!!! Also the finance guy Matt Rock was great as well.
