Clark is the best salesman you have and I know this from watching your others and how they handled there customers. He is what made this sale possible, if we had to deal with any of the others we would have walked out.

Service writers do not return calls if you have an issue but will call you back promptly if they are giving you a quote for service, this is typical for this industry. This dealership is no better than any of the rest. Unfortunately Jim Ellis holds the market for VW service so we are stuck with you.
