I must say that I was not pleased at how long I had to wait (an hour and a half) especially because I brought my car in 15 mins early. However, I felt as though they did a thorough inspection on my car and gave me an honest opinion on what needed to be fixed. They let me go out and see the problem with my tires to properly explain and suggest next steps. My oil change here was at a great price along with the other services they gave me. Not to mention I had a clean car afterwards! I will definitely make this my regular service provider for my VW!

Mr. Tate and all the personnel at the Service Dept. were very friendly and courteous! I was very appreciative that my car was washed before I left the dealership. How nice! My service was done in a timely manner. My experience was very very good!! Thank you all!
