I found the service dept to be very professional and dependable. Rafael was very attentive and addressed my problem right away, but most importantly he made me feel that I could trust him and his staff and not worry. Dennis got me to work on time and picked me up on time as well. he was so respectful and very nice to me on every trip. overall my whole experience was awesome!!!!!! thanks guys for being so awesome and washing my car!!! yeah!!!! thank you, Anna Parks

Great service and very good atendence to your staf

Everyone was very nice, but I was not expecting to wait 2 hours for an oil change after I had made a reservation.

The service Representative that handle me was very professional and helpful. However, I had to wait a very long time for a diagnostic on the car which I believed should've taken no less than an hour. I was even early for my appointment by 10 minutes. Then when I went to pay, I had to wait on the cashier to come back to the desk. There was no way to signal her and I was not certain of her whereabouts so I went back to one of the service representatives. He was able to get her to finally assist me with my bill. I just had to wait longer than expected for something that I felt was routine. It certainly was my worst visit thus far.

Service at 50,000 miles on 2014 Touareg. All personnel in service department were courteous and efficient. In regards to my conversation with Larry, I felt like I had an advocate or at least a very good listener who answered my concerns and questions regarding the TDI Goodwill issues.

Tania did an excellent job in working me into a busy service schedule. She will be a real asset to the Jim Ellis team!
