Normally i would definitely give a 10. However, this last visit was just not as wonderful as it usually is. I arrived about 30 mins early, but was told they were caught up and it was fine. I asked how long it would be, i was told about an hour. I expected that. An hour and a half later i walked down because they still were not finished and was told i needed new air filters so that was going to take another 20-30 mins. When i got into my car, i noticed that whoever did the washing and vacuuming did a VERY poor job. it literally did not look like it had been vacuumed at all. I made sure that everything was cleaned off the floor in the front so there would be no issues. Like i said, we have always had a great experience here. Im not sure what the deal was this last time.

Got good service from Rafael but my car was not ready in the time frame first indicated. At least Rafael was prompt to call me to warn be about the situation.
