The customer service in the Service department was great. My only concern is that I've asked for the vacuum service at 2 different visits now and both times it has not been completed. The service rep writes it on my receipt but when I get to my car, it has not been vacuumed.

We purchased our VW at Jim Ellis and have had ALL services by Jim Ellis. We are very pleased with all the service received. The entire staff has always treated us well ! As I have always said, the car wash after service is just a great service for us folks in our 80's. Thank you for all the years of great service and kindness. Don & JoAnn Kaser

Purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited. Overall, the service was good and the staff we interacted with were wonderful and very helpful. I would recommend Jim Ellis VW to anyone looking to purchase a car they might have. The only real issue that we had was that it was discovered that the vehicle needed an Emissions Inspection before the tag registration could be done. They took the car to get the inspection done, but the gas cap did not pass inspection. By the time they got a new gas cap from their Hyundai affiliate and took the car back for reinspection, the inspection location had closed. I could have brought the vehicle back another day, but it's about 45 minutes away, so the Sales Manager offered for me to get the test done myself and he would overnight me a reimbursement check, which is the route I chose to go. Again, everyone was very pleasant to work with, I was just at the dealership for much longer than I'd hoped to be. But, again, the Sales Manager offered for me to stop by sometime for a free car wash and a tank of gas. That was very thoughtful of him. It seems that the 4 people that I dealt with all had the customer's best interest at heart over their own, and in the car sales business, that was refreshing!! Thanks to all the folks at Jim Ellis VW.

I brought my Passat in for the 2nd time for the EPC light. The first time the throttle body was replaced and the 2nd time the wiring harness was replaced. I am losing confidence in the mechanic and the car. Everyone was nice and my service advisor John Huber was excellent, but I just want my car repaired correctly.
