Brian my sales person, did an excellent job throughout the transaction. What I liked most about him was he seemed most eager to make a sale out of all the other representatives. As I approached the front door there were 3 sales reps each standing together outside. Brian stepped forward as I approached and greeted me as the other reps stood there. Brian's 'customer centric' mindset continued even after the transaction was complete, calling me teh day after to see if everything was OK.

I paid cash with a certified check from credit union. They called and said car was financed with credit union. I told them it was not. Money came from my personal account. Then when I looked at my bill of sale to take to get my title here in alabama I noticed they had Wolkswagen financing listed as lienholder so I got back in touch with them to get that corrected. As of right now I have not gotten a corrected bill of sale.

I got my cars first 10000 mile service. All the staff was extremely helpful and made the process very quick and easy.

I did not like the service this time. There was a 20$ fee I was not aware of it, and I wasnt told about this when I left the dealer. Usually, you guys vacuum inside the car, but this time, you did not.

I had a routine oil change. I needed to be out by 10:30 a.m. for another appointment. They had me out around 9:00!

Everyone I dealt with that day was very courteous and professional . I'll be back next time I need service!
