My service experience went well

Easy to get appointment, friendly staff, helpful staff and the coffee in the waiting area is not too bad.

Clark was a pleasure to deal with when I brought my car in for service. He answered all my questions and was very helpful

Air conditioner issue which i don't believe is that uncommon, but could not replicate while driving. However, I believe a simple call to technical support would have revealed a common problem with a solution which was not addressed when we turned in the vehicle.

We have a Touareg, which is the best vehicle VW makes and it is outstanding. The warranty service is excellent, especially at the Kennesaw dealership. We left our car in the evening dropoff and picked it up the next morning. The only small negative was that the car was washed, which is a great add-on, but it was not clean and required another wash anyway.

Good experience. Excellent accommodations to use while you wait on service.

I was uncomfortable and really disliked the pressures from the finance rep to purchase the additional warranties, after repeatedly telling him no. Especially when he told me that the car is only made to reallyblast three years and then will start having problems and then saying "Well, you sure you won't regret this decision not to buy". I feel like the finance rep was giving the VW brand a bad rep and implying it was a bad car that was sure to have issues and be very costly for me in the future. The sales person (Shannon) was great.
