For a first time buyer, I came prepared to deal with negotiations. So my experience was going pretty well until I met with the financial guys. First I waited about an hour before someone from the financial team came up to me. I took to long for him to get my sale finalized. He had to make changes to the contract because the dollar amount was incorrect. I also had to return the next day to get things changed on my contract, which he wasn't happy with and he showed it. My sales rep Clark Stoddard was excellent he took his time explaining the car components to me made me feel extremely comfortable. So my recommendation score would have been higher but having to return and met with discord really didn't please me.

The facility is always clean and well stocked with snacks for the wait. Also, everyone on the staff is incredibly nice. The experience at Jim Ellis VW Kennesaw always exceeds my expectations.

Excellent job by Larry Fitzpatrick. Only complaint was a three hour wait for finance when we were doing a cash deal. Think there should be a better way to streamline the closing process.

It was the first time I had been there- used to take my car to a different location until they closed. Everyone was very friendly. Very nice dealership and waiting area. I was told what to expect up front with my car (from amount for service, time it would take, etc), and I was kept in the loop the whole time. They even made rental arrangements for me. I'll definitely be bringing my car back here!
