Purchasing my new Jetta was straightforward and a pleasant experience. Brian Baker did a great job and made sure we got what we wanted.

I am alittle annoyed how things went forward with this deal, I have been in this business for about 18 years, and I know how things get taken care of. Seems like they are more intrested in making there quota then actually helping customers, I can tell you one thing, not gonna come back to this place ever, they enjoy waisting people's time

Chad in service was great to work with. He notified me immediately when my car was complete.

I was very concerned about the warning lights on my car, and I was also dealing with my automatic door locks malfunctioning. I drove up, and they worked me in quickly without an appointment. They offered to take me to the Enterprise nearby if I needed a rental car while they worked on it. Good phone communication and follow ups so I knew what was going on. The problems were diagnosed quickly, extra parts ordered quickly, and the prices were pretty comparable to local non-dealership shops. The waiting room is nice, the entire facility is clean, and they even cleaned and vacuumed my car before I picked it up. Everyone is so nice! Excellent service!

2014 Jetta ,Headlight out, stopped by and had it replaced with no wait time. Great service, and didn't have to listen to my wife question me if I know how to change it.

It was just a car service; not life and death. I am a pediatric oncology nurse so it takes a great deal to rattle me. However, you asked and Jim Ellis' service is consistently poor. Greeted quickly by a porter. Fine. Checked in by an elderly man with a bit of a temper. Still ok. Told by same guy that I would meet with Raphael. Never met him. 2.5 hours later (rotation n tire alignment) asked elderly guy for status update-told me to speak with Raphael. Asked who he was (never met him, remember), - elderly man pointed. Raphael busy. Returned to Raphael's desk 20m later...Raphael now gone. Saw him passing customer lounge...had to stop him in his tracks for an update. From there all ok. Jim Ellis Inc. (even Jimmy's personal secretary) doesn't have a good grasp on customer service and follow-up. Note: Traci and staff at Audi generally awesome! I've never bought anywhere else as I enjoy VW's but I look forward to trying another dealer in the Fall (next off-lease). Sincerely, Stan Jennings
