I purchased a 2014 Mercedes SLK250. I was greeted right away. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The process of test driving and buying the car was easy and the price was fair. Three employees stayed very late at night to assist me in the purchase. I would purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

I am always impressed with the level of customer service Jim Ellis provides. The dedication displayed from open to close is just something that you all should be more than proud of. Especially from Demarcus Tate. I purchased my VW from Jim Ellis when they were located in Marietta soon thereafter it was purchased by Kuhn. Because of the location i continued to go there for my vehicle maintenance. Tate was always my point of contact and EVERYTIME he went above and beyond to make sure me and my vehicle were taken care of. So it was a no-brainer that when he transitioned to Jim Ellis i was going with him. Now that he is apart of the Jim Ellis team i am more than confident that I can not only depend on him but the VW originals as well!! Thank you Tate and thank you Jim Ellis!!

Service was excellent and efficient. I made an appointment so the dealership was ready for the Passat and performed normal maintenance (oil change and security check-up). I love that Passat - it is so easy to drive in all kinds of driving conditions, great on gas mileage and so comfortable. Staff was great.

One always forgets the factor of time (paperwork, credit checks) in buying a new car. By the time I left, after a full day at work, I was exhausted.
