I bought a brand new, 2017 Jetta with the sports package, and I am getting happier and happier with it everyday. I was planning on buying a used car because I thought I would get sa better deal going that route. I worked with Jose, who was great and very patient with me. We test drove several vehicles and I made an offer on a used Passat. When we couldn't agree on the terms, I mentioned that I received an email offer for $2000 off a new vehicle, and Jose told me that that was the direction I needed to take and directed me to his favorite vehicle on the lot. He pulled it around front and allowed me to test drive it on my own. He recognized the fact that I wanted a new vehicle before I even realized it, and after running the numbers, it was an offer I couldn't refuse. I am now in my first-ever brand new car, and I got it for less than the Passat I made the offer on, and less than I paid for my used TDI. Jose was the salesman that I needed to meet, and he directed me to the car and the deal that I was looking for. I love my new car, I enjoy your dealership, and all of the staff that I have met have been excellent representatives of your company. I look forward to more visits as I return to have my car serviced over the next few year.

Very considerate of my time.

I am very pleased with the service. I was not happy when I went to pick my car up. The sales person didn't explain everything and told me to read the receipt of work done. This has never happened in the past. I can take my car to another location but I wont.

Excellent service. Very attractive and comfortable layout.

Although the repair bill was higher than I expected, I feel like the technician was only doing what needed to be done. I appreciate that he didn't sell me a new battery that I didn't need. I feel like I got a good value. I will be back for repairs and a new car when the time comes.

I really appreciate the honesty of John. He told me what needed to be fixed on my 2003 Passat and what could wait. Also, loved the car being washed!
