Purchased the red 2015 Mazda. It's difficult to get into contact with anyone after you purchase a vehicle. Seems they just wanted you to make a purchase and then never make contact again.

It's not fair that leased car is not covered with basic services as oil change and tire rotation. Our family has used VW fo years and 2 cars are regularly leased, for purpose not have to worry about services. Even when your service stuff offer discount or coupon it's ridiculously expensive .

i dropped of the car at 9 Am for diagnostic, tech. rep. promissed to get back with me about the results of the diagnostic in 1 hour, unfortunately he did not, and I called him around 11:30 AM left him message, but he never called me back, so I decided to stop by at to see the problem my self either they finish diagnostic or not, I arrived at 1:30 and the car was done and ready for me, the problem was the 1 hour diagnostic extended to 4 hours.
