When we were late to pick up my car after it's oil change we explained that we had read the wrong times online. Nobody seemed irritated in the slightest. The sales associate who was with us before drove back to the dealership to help us. He arrived within 5 minutes and apologized to us when it was our fault! I love the team at Jim Ellis Volkswagen!

Very friendly when I first arrived, very accommodating while I took a while swapping over my stuff from the rental to my car. Very thorough in the repairs and notations on the work they did. I LOVE the coverage that my certified vehicle carries! I had to have my entire moon roof replaced and an oil leak fixed- and the certified insurance covered it 100%!! My battery was low so they charged it. I came in with a host of issues and they didn't forget a single one , starting with the young lady who made my appointment. Very attentive staff.

Tate was fabulous keeping me updated on service. Fred was most likely one of the best car salesmen I've worked with and I have purchased a lot of vehicles. I'm currently looking to sell my S600 Renntech and a 911 Carrera S supercharged and a VW CC. I'm working with Fred to purchase a vehicle and so far it's been a fantastic experience.

went for a battery and they said fluids checked . 6 weeks later light on for cooling fluid had to fill it up and the windshield washer fluid was empty. I don't see how they could have checked the fluids if all are gone in 6 weeks time. Nothing on garage floor so nothing was leaking so I assume it was not checked as they indicated.

The service was quick and I was taken right at my appointment time. The waiting room was comfortable and Wi-Fi worked great. My car was in better shape and cleaner then when I brought it in.

Purchase of new car was great, Larry Fitzpatrick was excellent at his job. TDI buyback was a bad experience due to the Portal.
