The staff is nice and friendly, but the main reason I changed my schedule was to bring the car in for the check-up and get it washed and vacuumed. They even joked because it was my birthday saying I was getting a wash for my birthday, but it wasn't done. There was no wash or vacuum and was why I came in.

I took car in for 30k service with possibility of alignment needed. I was told service would take approximately 2 hours, but ended up taking 3.5 hours (not sure if the original 2 hours was based on 30k service only without alignment, but no indication of an additional 1.5 hours to completed). Repair visits at the dealer are always a good deal longer than anticipated from my experience. I really like the car and the service personnel are always very helpful
