Thanks to Scott Kuehl I had the best experience ever in any dealership's service department. I will only want to interact with him for as long as I own a VW. It was my 1st service department experience at Jim Ellis VW, I purchased my car approximately 4 months ago a 2017 Passat. He was kind, informative and so pleasant. A big thank you to Scott Kuehl.

I had a great experience. The service adviser kept me informed and the technicians solved my issue. It was just an AC recharge on an 08 GTI but it was important to me and they handled it well.

My experience was truly great! From speaking to Kathryn on the phone,to walking in to a friendly greet from lovely Petra, to dealing with funny, genuine Sterian, and informative, helpful Michael, it was a great pleasure! I'd definitely recommend friends to you all. And all these who I mentioned, deserves a raise; in particular the last 3 I mentioned.

My 03 beatle was there in order to reprogram a new key . At this time many similar cases like this you have to deal whith. and you gays must To know you can't reprogram the inmobilizer , Like in this case. The reason is that , if you fail to do the job you charge the money for it no matter what. Ur not profesional guys . Note: go back to school and find the problem on the that Beatles and stop stealing money from customer.
