I had an issue come up unexpectedly. Leo was able to squeeze me in and take care of that issue and also take care of the Takata recall and get my car back to me that same say. That is great service!

I took my 2014 cc Executive in for a trunk latch & cable repair as well as my airbag replacement. Josh Jamison is my service tech. and I must say he is very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Josh was able to anticipate my needs when it came to transportation to work and bad to the dealership once my vehicles work was completed. I would highly recommend Jim Ellis VW to anyone and ask for Josh Jamison.

I loved the service. Even though I'm only 18 and this was first time getting my car serviced by myself. I never felt talk down to and my associate Leo Levya was very polite and informative and even left a nice note for me in my car.
