Overall, excellent experience. The price was easy to negotiate thanks to the VW partners program and USAA discount. Financing through VW was better than USAA's competitive rate. The only slight problem I had was the hard sell on the extended service plans. They aren't worth the money. When I asked the finance office to stop trying to sell me on them, he insisted. He finally stopped when I asked about service plan replacement brake pads for a car that does track days.

I went in for service and had to pay $200+ dollars for something that was messed up at my last service. Simply put, I do not trust your workmanship or commitment to service provided. I am now having to shop around for a quality service provider.

Extremely fair price with no haggle. Mark Shaw was professional. I was concerned about the rip under the floor mat on the drivers side of the 2009 Toyota RAV 4 and I was able to pull back the carpet and inspect it and have the service department put it back. When the deal could have gone south because the most recent carfax (printed out by Mark after the deal was struck) showed the vehicle had been sold a week earlier by Jim Ellis and then offered for sale agin a few days earlier? I was concerned since the car had been at the lot for 50+ days that there was a problem with the car. I went into MIke Kirouac's office and he's the reason the deal didn't fall through. He listened to my concern, investigated why the car was returned, made a call to Andy and I was able to see why the car was returned. Overall my experience was superb!

Got a headlight bulb replaced. Very quick service. Everyone is friendly. Dealership is very nice; I don't mind sitting there to wait for my car to be ready!
