I bought a used Passat and wasn't notified that it had only one key until I was signing the paperwork. I was assured a second key would be ordered. I called the sales person and left messages three times with no response. After 4 months I called the general manager and finally got a response from the sales person. Again I was assured that a second key would be ordered. Almost a month later, still no key nor contact from the dealership. I had reservations about Volkswagen as a company after the diesel recall and am very disappointed with the post purchase customer service for something as simple as a key. I'm dreading the day when I actually need to service the vehicle.
