Great service, everyone was very nice and professional. However, I and many others in the waiting area did not appreciate listening to Fox News while we waited. It was sheer torture, in fact. I am hesitant to bring my car back to the dealership in the future for this reason. What could have otherwise been a peaceful wait surrounded by beautiful cars was an hour and a half long period of listening to anger-filled hate speech. If that is the political tone of Jim Ellis and his dealership, I will simply go elsewhere.

My dealership experience at Jim Ellis Volkswagen was THE best experience I ever had (and I am an owner of many previous cars; Nissan, Toyota, Hyundai...) and I have never experienced such commendable professionalism, customer service, compassion and satisfaction. Rose Shuck is such a tremendous asset to your company and I am extremely grateful that my repair needs were under her guidance. Rose's attention to detail, extremely pleasant & gracious disposition and ongoing communication regarding my vehicle was stellar. I initially brought my 2003 VW GTI in after hitting a curb/pot hole. I thought I needed a strut replaced due to my tires wearing down excessively and issues with my steering however, Rose suggested that I have a diagnostic done for a more accurate assessment of the issue. My wait was about an hour in the waiting area. I was impressed with the snacks and beverages available for all of us as well as the feel of being in someone's living room. I was informed about what needed to be repaired and replaced on my vehicle with integrity and detail from which I was given specifics on which services were 'urgent' in addition to my original concerns. I was prepared to spend the entire day at the dealership waiting for my repairs to be completed and to my surprise Rose offered that I take a loaner car since my vehicle would likely not be ready until the next day. I am incredibly grateful for her kindness. I live in downtown Atlanta and did not have anyone who could pick me up so having loaner car allowed me to complete my other tasks for the day and work from home while my repairs were completed. My vehicle was ready the next day around mid afternoon and it was driving better than ever. I love how the technician left his card. It is truly about building relationships and I felt that was accomplished through my experience this week. I love my little used GTI, although it may have a few dings and rough edges, it has proved to be a solid investment that is serving me and my family well. It is my first time owning a VW however, my experience with Jim Ellis has now made me a Lifelong VW customer. Jim Ellis VW IS the BEST.
