I enjoy your facility and your staff are terrific. I would always like to get out of there a little faster (when servicing my vehicle), but I appreciate that the team is looking at my car and letting me know what I need to have serviced in the near future.

Mark our sales person was great. The time it took for finance to get paperwork completed was 90 minutes and that should not take that long especially since my credit is over 800. The car was not really detailed either. It appears that it was a quick wash and wipe down only. The back lights also have to be replaced as they had pressure cracks likely from poorly aligned trunk. We are in SC so hopefully Jim Ellis will help us get this corrected at a local dealership as apposed to driving 3 hours each way to get this corrected in Atlanta as we don't go that way often. This was the first time I purchased a car (2017 golf gti) and the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I had informed that I would be waiting for my car to get serviced in the waiting room. I was informed that it would be approx 2 hours which was okay. I ended up waiting 3,5 hour and no one came to me and inform me of the additional waiting time. I am okay with waiting but I would have been nice to be updated if additional waiting time would occur. Thank you Rikke Bach
