Scott Croston was excellent in his service, as was the whole staff at Jim Ellis VW service center. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in my family or any of my friends. I have a 2008 VW Jetta Wolfsburg edition. I really like my car and want to keep it. The service was quickly done, in my opinion. I was kept informed of what work they were completing and they gave me a basic time frame in which it would be completed. They called me within the time-frame, in my opinion, maybe about 20 minutes later, but I consider that reasonable. Excellent service.
