Far too many service visits and unresolved issues. Horribly annoying "survey" calls from an outsourced company that won't leave messages. Customer-facing service staff, especially Scott Croston, are excellent folks.

I wish I hadn't had to wait for 2 hours just to have the problem diagnosed. Repair required an out-of-stock part, so I needed to return the next day to retrieve my car. I was offered a loaner car which I appreciated. Repair was successful (but costly) as always. I like the text notifications and payment option.
