I bought a ne tire, Perry Ellis installed it, the wrokmen did not put the equipment back in the car. They left it loose in the trunk to ratlle around.

All was well except I was told over the phone that the airbags(recall) would be changed at the same time. When I arrived at dealership, I was told that you were out of the airbags which means another trip for me. I don't live close by and I left my home at 6:30 to be there at 7:30 and the service was not complete until about 10:30. So now I have to make another trip and wait again-not good for my schedule.
