Sales person was helpful and courteous. Finance person, not so much. I recommend that you provide buyers with a check list of items needed at the time of transfer. Her signature on the tittle did not seem to be valued. I arrived with a cashier's check for payment in full and a signed tittle for my trade-in. It was never mentioned that various other documents would need to be signed by the other person on the tittle. This is inconsistent with my experience buying and selling with dealers in New England. A simple check list for buyers could spve this error in communications.

I have a 2009 Jetta that I bought about a year ago. The car is great and was in for the recall on the ABS module and some basic maintenance. Rose was helpful, friendly and quick. Minimal fuss and quality service as always. They discovered an issue with the vaccum pump while replacing the module and Rose quickly took care of contacting my warranty company to make sure the repair was covered. She also made sure I would have a loaner or that a rental would be covered while my car was being fixed.

The experience was fine and staff helpful. Waited longer than I would have liked, but that's always expected. Your scale should have neutral be at 5 instead of 7 so that your customers can accurately represent how they feel. On a normal scale, I would have rated this a 6 or 7 as it was slightly above neutral.
