Friday, March 17, I purchased a new GTI Autobahn. This purchase was the culmination of several months of research, test driving, and careful consideration. I drove other VW models as well as other manufacturer models. I should also note that driving this purchase was the return of two TDI models. I loved my TDIs, but since nothing lasts forever, it is now sadly the end of my TDI era. Upon my first visit to Jim Ellis to shop for a replacement, I met Sterian Franc. He treated me just like a friend rather than someone to which he wanted to rush a car sale. He was patient while I test drove different models and informed me of the options available. When I had questions of a more technical nature, he would defer to the resident GTI expert, Andy. Andy also helped me with choosing more desirable rims for my GTI. Thanks to Sterian and Andy, I had a great experience at Jim Ellis and I love my new Volkswagen!

Filled out the prior questionnaire about my service but was very quick and pleasant. Went in for an oil change. Quick and easy. Great customer service. Went over a few items I need to get service for next time. Will come back again.
