I was screwed twice by VW in Dieselgate, once with a 2l and once with a 3l. I will never trust nor recommend VW again - and I have owned numerous VW's. However, my service writer, Scott Kuehl is great - too bad he works for VW.

Well managed service. Great service advisor - Scott Croston. He takes amazing care of my car's needs and is honest, accommodating and highly knowledgeable. Paul, the service expert also does a fantastic job. The reason my R32 is in such good shape is because of these two guys.
