Josh always gives me great service and yesterday was no different. Josh took care of my current need with replacing a tire... he also informed me of a recall regarding an airbag switch and he took care of that... however, the day after the service... my horn kept blowing due to the way the airbag cover was placed back... I had to shove paper wedges under the cover to stop the horn from going off... I have to cancel the balance of my meetings today to come back to the dealership to have my issue repaired... very inconvenient....

Service department was fine. I'm annoyed that when I bought my pre-owned Touareg from Jim Ellis last​ year, the car did not come with the required tire key. As a result I had a tough time getting a flat tire fixed AND service charged me $50 to replace the locks with normal lug nuts. This should have been covered by Jim Ellis.

My experience was very delightful, from when I pulled up and the gentleman explained how things worked, until the end when I was paying for my service and leaving. Very clean, polite staff, efficient.
