I took my car to a German specialist for a scheduled oil change and they found a small leak. Good thing it was covered under VW warranty. I called Jim Ellis spoke to a gentleman name Josh and he immediately got me scheduled the next day. Courtesy car not necessary but Josh arranges for me to have a ride to work. 4 hrs later I received a call my car was ready.

20000 mile service In and out quick. Fixed factory recall also. Only problem when I was driving home tire pressure light came on. I reset once I got home. Not a problem but it is the reason I did not give a perfect score.

Scott did a great job as usual, and empathized with the fact that it took 2.5 months to receive the replacement part for the grill (the "I" in the "GTI" decal disappeared and a replacement one was requested on 12/26/16. Aside from the wait time, everyone was professional and helpful.

Rose was able to get back to me in a timely manner. She was great to deal with.
