We have had incredible problems with our car. It's only 5 years old and the engine was replaced in the 3rd year. This last time was a "system failure." And evidently it's not uncommon, according to the service rep.

I was super excited to be getting a Tiguan, but it's honestly been a dissappointment. It seems like it wasn't prepped for sale like it should have been. I've had it for a little more than two months and Monday will be my second time taking it in for service. This should not be necessary.

Work was done, explained, and prompt.
