My initial service was poor. Tom Mann then engaged and put things back on track. I appreciate his follow-up. My next service is scheduled for early 2018. Once my follow-up service is preformed I will be able to judge the complete service accordingly. Until them I'll remain neutral to slightly positive. Thank you and Tom has done all that he can up to this point. His attentiveness is appreciated.

Rose was fantastic and very helpful throughout the entire time my car was being repaired in the shop My only complaint was when I can into the dealership to pick up a loaner car and another service rep was on the phone with a customer and advising him to get a service performed on his car. After he hung up the phone, he celebrated the guy agreeing to have the service performed and said something along the lines of "I can't believe I got him to agree to that." I understand he gets paid on the services, but the celebration was not necessary, especially while in view of customers. Again, Rose was GREAT, the other middle aged white guy celebrating SUCKS.

Everything was great, except the price I was quoted for a battery replacement on my 2008 Volkswagen Jetta was nearly $100 more than a local competitor quoted me. I come to Jim Ellis for the mechanical expertise, but a battery replacement is not something I expect to pay an arm and a leg for. Consider dropping your pricing here. I prefer to get all my maintenance done at Jim Ellis but will look other places if the price is not competitive.

According to my car's dashboard, a light was out somewhere in the car. After coming to the shop & having it checked twice, that indicator light is still showing on my dash. I'm frustrated that I drove from my home in Lithonia to Chamblee TWICE & this issue still persists. The only response I received was to bring the car back---yes, a third time.
