I've brought my vehicle in for service FOUR times now with the same issue and I always get my vehicle back with the same issue. I am so sick and tired of coming here with false hope and losing confidence in their quality of work. I can't stress enough how disappointed I am and It really bothers me every time I get in my car. If the problem isn't fixed, why are you returning the car to me? Replacing a part is a great start but if it's not going to fix my issue, what's the point? The last service I had, I got my car back with a broken plastic piece sitting on the dash... no one seems to know what it is and are avoiding the question. Someone please help me.. i am looking to sell my vehicle because i am so stressed over this simple issue and the overall quality of VW vehicles.

I love this dealership! Have told everyone I know about the superior customer service and the remarkable ease a d expeditious process it was buying my new car. Amazing team throughout. I just had my 1st service and everyone was incredible!

Your dealership knows that there are electrical/electronic problems with VW CCs but refused to acknowledge the problems. I will continue to escalate the issue with the NTSB and VW Customer Care.
