Very accommodating and flexible (I had to cancel my initial appointment last minute). Greeted by two friendly gentlemen. Asked for shuttle and driver was ready to go immediately-friendly and good driver. Drop off and pick up were extremely quick and easy.

It was a very easy transaction. I sort of knew what I wanted. The sales person did not try to "up-sell" me, and didn't waste my time with negotiations, going back and forth, back and forth.

It was my first time getting my car serviced and I was putting it off for a while because I didn't want to not have my car. I was prepared to get an Uber after dropping off my car in the morning but was offered a VW ride. I really appreciated that! Leo called with frequent updates and pricing to let me know the status of my car. It was ready to be picked up before I expected. It ended up being a non-dreadful but pleasant experience. Thank you!

My salesperson was great! The experience went down hill with the business manager, dealing with the financial portion of the purchase. I was not greeted well or with a smile or any such advertising that Jim Ellis does when I walked in. This is minor since my salesperson was wonderful and the business manager was not but if Jim Ellis is striving for the best customer service experience, your company is severely lacking in properly training your employees.
