The person who works on the financial details was a little pushy on some of the service and maintenance packages, but even he was very nice in the end. Overall it was a good experience.

We were very happy with the service. We felt like we were having an oil leak issue and the service team looked over it for us. Rose is wonderful to work with and very helpful. She's one of the main reasons we return to VW for service even after our warranty period.

Overall positive experience. Receptionist was only partially helpful and required me to follow up with her on a simple request. Felt as though I was imposing on her. However, the interaction with the sales team and the rest of the crew, which matters more to me, were great.
