2010 Certified pre-owned Tiguan has been a lemon. Latest issues, sunroof confined to leak, had same issue fixed no more than 2 years ago. 5 year battery I purchased from Jim Ellis VW needs replacing after 3 years. I brought my car in strictly to Jim Ellis VW for service since purchase because I expected that work & parts completed/Purchased By the dealership, but I have continually had to pay out of pocket for the same issues to be fixed.
