I had a great experience. My service advisor Joshua Jamison explained everything in detail, and was very helpful when it was discovered upon inspection that at least one tire was not salvageable & the others were almost due for a replacement. ( I had come in expecting to only replace a brake light & wipers.) I very much appreciated getting a ride home (& pick up later) since the repairs including tire replacements would take several hours longer than expected. This for me elevated the experience from "good" to "exceptional."

Had my car repaired after a few botches service jobs at another Mechanic. Was assigned Scott Kuehl who was extremely helpful and patient, especially considering how much of a pain my insurance provider was being.

Friendly staff. Comfortable waiting area. Love the refreshments. Repeat customer. I love this place!!
