Scott was very helpful and very clear about the services that would be provided during my visit. He also showed me how to use some of the features on the control panel in the vehicle.

This was one of the best experiences at a service department ever. My 2003 beetle kept losing its charge and wouldn't start. I called because it had been years since I had been in as this is our extra car. I asked to speak to someone in service and was transferred to Rose. From the beginning she was so kind and really seemed to care. She told me to bring the car up, without an appointment, when I can get it started. I did just that. She got it right back, the problem was discovered and the work was started then. She always answered her phone and updated me on the status of the work. This is unheard of....I have so much trouble at JIM ELLIS Buick to get such information. The only way it could have been better is if my car was washed. We ended up spending $1300 and that would have been a nice touch.
