Brian was incredible, I really appreciates his help. I would have given him a 10 based on his work alone. I am very happy with my 2027 Jetta and appreciated him showing me both new amd used cars. He was helpful, personable, and patient. I appreciated his professionalism and his authentic personality. I downgraded my rating because of my interactions with Karl. I did not appreciate his passive aggressiveness and quilting tone when I chose not to purchase additional service coverage. It was unprofessional and immature. I was glad that I only interacted with him for a brief period of time, but it left quite an impression.
